Each workshop in our series will feature traditional Jewish food and provide detailed guidance on making each one at home. \nLearn to make authentic Montreal bagels with Kat Romanow of The Wandering Chew\, so you can get the full Montreal experience no matter how far you live from a woodburning bagel oven. We all know that St-Viateur and Fairmount make the best bagels in the city\, but did you know that you can easily make them too?! With some minimal pantry ingredients\, Kat will be teaching you how to roll\, boil\, and bake a classic Montreal bagel.
